Who pays for the electricity?
We agree that individually for each location. The machine runs on a standard power socket (230 V).
How long does a contract run?
We agree the term individually. Notice is given in writing, three months before the end of the term.
What happens in case of vandalism or a defect?
We take care of maintenance and repairs – thanks to real-time monitoring, we spot faults ourselves. Damage, including vandalism, is covered by our insurance.
Can I have a say in the product range?
We tailor the range to your location and discuss it with you during the consultation – choosing from soft drinks, energy drinks, water & iced tea, crisps & snacks and sweets.
How soon will the machine be in place?
Once the contract is signed, it takes 1–2 weeks until your machine is in place.
