What will it cost me?
There are no costs to you for the machine, installation, restocking or maintenance. Electricity is agreed individually for each location.
Do you have water and energy drinks?
Yes. Water & iced tea and energy drinks are among our five categories, alongside soft drinks, crisps & snacks and sweets. We agree with you exactly which products go into the machine.
How do my members pay?
With cash, a debit or credit card, or by phone with Apple Pay or Google Pay. This can vary from machine to machine.
How does my gym earn from it?
Either through a share of sales – you receive a portion of every sale, ideal for high footfall – or through a fixed rent: a predictable amount every month, regardless of sales. We discuss the terms in person.
What about the deposit?
Our machines are ready for the Austrian single-use deposit scheme. We comply with the Austrian deposit rules and take care of recycling.
Who takes care of restocking and faults?
We do. Your machine is monitored smartly, so we see in real time when restocking or servicing is needed. Your members can reach us around the clock on +43 678 791 88 70.
How soon will the machine be in place?
Your machine is in place 1–2 weeks after the contract is signed.
What happens in the event of vandalism or a defect?
We take care of maintenance and repairs. Damage, including vandalism, is covered by our insurance.
