What your facility needs

A standard socket (230 V), about 1 × 1 m of floor space and access for restocking and maintenance. We clarify everything else during the free, no-obligation site assessment.

What will it cost me?

There are no costs to you for the machine, installation, restocking or maintenance. Electricity is agreed individually for each location.

How do visitors pay at the machine?

With cash, a debit or credit card, or by phone with Apple Pay or Google Pay. This can vary from machine to machine.

And if something goes wrong for a visitor?

Your visitors contact us directly: around the clock on +43 678 791 88 70, by email to office@automatenmax.com or via our help centre – stating the location and the time. Refunds can be requested by email or via the refund form; we transfer the amount back. Your staff don’t have to do anything.

What about the deposit and recycling?

Our machines are ready for the Austrian single-use deposit scheme. We comply with the Austrian deposit rules and take care of recycling.

How does our facility earn from it?

Through a share of sales or a fixed rent – we discuss the terms in person. You also receive regular performance reports.

Who pays for the electricity?

We agree that individually for each location. The machine runs on a standard socket (230 V).

What happens in the event of vandalism or a defect?

We take care of maintenance and repairs – thanks to real-time monitoring, we spot faults ourselves. Damage, including vandalism, is covered by our insurance.

How long does the contract run?

We agree the term individually. Notice is given in writing, three months before the end of the term.
