Power, around 1 × 1 m of space and access for restocking and maintenance – indoors or outdoors. We clarify everything else during the free, no-obligation site assessment.

What will it cost me?

There are no costs to you for the machine, installation, restocking or maintenance. Electricity is agreed individually for each location.

Can the machine also stand in an open-air car park?

Yes, outdoor installation is possible. We’ll check whether your space is suitable during the free, no-obligation site assessment.

What happens in the event of vandalism or a defect?

We take care of maintenance and repairs – thanks to real-time monitoring, we spot faults ourselves. Damage, including vandalism, is covered by our insurance.

Which car parks already have your machines?

In Vienna, at BOE Garage Neu Marx (Hermine-Jursa-Gasse 11, 1030 Vienna) and at WIPARK Parkgarage Enkplatz (Enkplatz, 1110 Vienna). Both car parks are open around the clock and accessible to everyone, including on foot.

Who pays for the electricity?

We agree that individually for each location. The machine runs on a standard socket (230 V).

How does my car park earn from it?

Through a share of sales or a fixed rent – we discuss the terms in person. You also receive regular performance reports.

How long does the contract run?

We agree the term individually. Notice is given in writing, three months before the end of the term.

How soon will the machine be in place?

Your machine is in place 1–2 weeks after the contract is signed.
