What your property needs

A standard socket (230 V), about 1 × 1 m of floor space and access for restocking and maintenance. We clarify everything else during the free, no-obligation site assessment.

What will it cost me?

How does our property earn from it?

Through a share of sales or a fixed rent – which model suits you better depends on your property. We discuss the terms in person.

Is there coffee, too?

Who takes care of restocking and faults?

We do. Your machine is monitored smartly, so we see in real time when restocking or servicing is needed. Your guests can reach us around the clock on +43 678 791 88 70.

And if something goes wrong for a guest?

Your guests contact us directly: around the clock on +43 678 791 88 70, by email to office@automatenmax.com or via our help centre – stating the location and the time. Refunds can be requested by email or via the refund form: we need the location, date and time, amount and payment method. We transfer the amount back.

Can I have a say in the product range?

Yes. We tailor the range to your property and discuss it with you during the consultation.

How soon will the machine be in place?

1–2 weeks after the contract is signed.

What happens in the event of vandalism or a defect?

We take care of maintenance and repairs. Damage, including vandalism, is covered by our insurance.
