How can I pay at the machine?

With cash, a debit or credit card, or by phone with Apple Pay or Google Pay – at all eight locations. Find out more under Payment methods.

The machine didn’t dispense anything – what now?

Give us a call – we’re available around the clock: +43 678 791 88 70. For a refund, email us at office@automatenmax.com or use the refund form – with the location, date and time, amount and payment method. We’ll transfer the money back to you and take care of the repair.

Is every location open around the clock?

Yes. All public locations are open 24/7, including Sundays and public holidays.

For location partners

What does my location need for a vending machine?

A standard power socket (230 V), about 1 × 1 m of floor space and access for restocking and maintenance. Outdoor installation is possible, too. We clarify everything else during the free, no-obligation site assessment.

How do I earn money as a location partner?

Through a share of sales or a fixed rent – depending on the location. We discuss the terms in person. You also receive regular performance reports.

How long does a contract run?

We agree the term individually. Notice is given in writing, three months before the end of the term.
